The Canvour Guarantee

We understand that selecting the perfect piece of art for your personal sanctuary is a highly visual and emotional process. If upon receiving your canvas you find that the scale or frame finish does not perfectly complement your space, we offer a comprehensive 30-Day Return Policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your artwork for a full refund or exchange, provided it is returned in its original, pristine condition.

Initiating A Return

To ensure your return is handled with the utmost care, we ask that you do not simply post the artwork back to our studio. Please contact our Client Services team at tony@canvour.com with your order number. One of our curators will personally assist you with the return authorization and provide you with the correct return shipping credentials and packaging instructions.

(Please note: Unless the item is faulty, clients are responsible for the cost of return logistics. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.)

TRANSIT DAMAGE & PRIORITY REPLACEMENTS

While we utilise museum-grade packaging to protect your investment, logistical anomalies can occasionally occur. If your artwork arrives with any damage to the frame or canvas, please contact Client Services within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence of both the damaged artwork and the external packaging. We will immediately fast-track a priority replacement to be crafted and dispatched to you at zero additional cost.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected by our studio team to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed immediately. Funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your banking institution.
